The structure type of the bucket wheel is unformatted. This ensures that the bucket wheel body has good strength, and it can make the unloading block and return material less, which is more powerful than the format bucket wheel. The correct installation of the slide plate and its reasonable fit with the bucket wheel body is an important measure to reduce the leaking material. The gap between the fixed circular block plate and the rotating bucket wheel body should be adjusted to the entry point. 3mm, 5mm away, should not be too large, otherwise easy to folder failure. The connection of the bucket wheel shaft to the reducer or the bucket wheel body is respectively connected by a locking disk with a conical sleeve and an expansion sleeve.
