The rotary, hoisting, amplitude of variation and grab opening and closing operation of the electro-hydraulic fixed folding boom scarp handler are all driven by electro-hydraulic and controlled by pilot. It is working stable and stepless speed adjusting gear for each action; it can save up to 60% energy consumption compared with internal combustion engine drive under the same operation efficiency; the driver’s cab is equipped with cold and warm dual-purpose air conditioning and multi-direction adjusting seat, which makes the working environment comfortable; after equipped with different hydraulic grabs, it has small self-weight and large grabbing force, and grab could handle sand, stone, coal and other bulk materials.

The fixed scrap handler is the best equipment for loading and unloading bulk cargo in fixed workplaces such as ports, stations and wharfs.
